" Our Buisness is Picking Up "

Scoopers Dog Waste Pick-Up & Removal
Scoopers was born in June of 2000 and is Baltimore's Oldest Pooper Scooper Service. Why, you might ask, would someone become a professional pooper-scooper?

Well, I was working for a large corporation and after many years I was tired and burned out. Life was a daily grind. When the grind was over I had to come home to my pack of dogs to clean up. My wife and I had four dogs at the time: a greyhound, terrier mix (big dog), a Tibetan spaniel, and a Pug & Boxer mix. In addition, two other dog friends would visit each week. There were piles of poop left in the yard and as you can guess no one else had the job of clean up.

With little money, lots of faith, and the willingness to work hard outside year round, picking up poop began - well, picking up. Now Scoopers is a full time business with many customers that must be happy when I leave. Scoopers has maintained its customers due to hard work and caring about the job done well.

Let us pick up your dog poop for you. We doo a great job and care about doing it well.

Well, besides the displeasure and inconvenience of stepping in it, it's a health hazard. There are numerous types of bacteria, diseases, viruses and parasites that are carried in canine feces such as: Parvo virus, Whipworms, Hookworms, Giardia and Coccidian. The devastating effects of roundworms are usually blindness to children and can be transmitted adults also. Roundworms can develop with a couple of weeks and live from months to years on your property. This is why a weekly service visit is very beneficial to ensure protection against contamination and transition to humans.
